Hungry

Your love exist like hunger pangs bellowing in the depths of my stomach

You are an hors d’oeuvre I am quick to devour

A feast that would last until breakfast

Our bodies lay bare and wouldn’t dare rise before lunch time

I traded in the pain of not consuming you to be given a taste of what was behind that warm smile

The after effects didn’t last long because for lunch we ate out

Indulging in the delicacies from the things we culminated ourselves

Dinner proceeds for two

Words unspoken and hums of passion

Baring the fruits of our labor

Dancing shadows casting onto walls by candlelight

We are the beasts of the night under the full moon

Light; vibrantly pulsating through the night sky

Cycling through a phase I will soon leave behind
