Mental Health. Wattpad Story. Awesome Blog Award.

I know it has been many days since my last post but wait let me explain!

The holidays just passed us recently.

Thank god!I haven’t been feeling my usual best and it has been harder some days then others. I don’t share this with many but I suffer from Bipolar II disorder. In order to heal I have to let go of the shame from judgement and accept that whatever people say is just their projection. It’s not personal! In this comes the liberating feeling of vulnerability.

H e l l o sexy!

Anyways, I have been battling internally and it just kind of spilled out of me. I am a very verbal and expressive person but it doesn’t really come out all the way until I start crying. This time I wanted to travel deeper into these moments and bring awareness to a place I usually don’t go. I sunk into my sadness and decided to ask why.

Why are you sad? Why are you sosad?

My answer…nothing but everything is making me sad.

If you have experienced depression you know what this means and what this feels like. It is a heartbreak that never existed but lives on forever until one day your heart stops throbbing for a length of time, only to return on the same bs.

Just a beautiful madness.

I only say it is beautiful because I am an artist and a poet. Listening to someone express themselves because they feel deeper than than most is just breathtaking. It is poetic!

Wattpad Story: Thread

Another reason I haven’t been blogging much is due to my poetry collaboration on Wattpad with @EricTheWriter called Thread.

The book is centered around love letters that are tucked away in a shoebox kind of like what you see on movies. The poems are incredible as well as the energy and if you have the time you should really check our work out.
