Color Blind

Color Blind painted by Shan Bae
Crying the passion that bleeds from colors. Even when you have never seen their vibrant nature. Living in gray but feeling like a yellow. You’re bright like the sun. But you feel like no one sees your true colors.

Noba Bunny

Each of my kids I bore and their spirit animals were gifted to them. For years I have referred to them as their spirit animals usually in the form of nicknames. I recently wanted to start writing book series based on their spirit animals so I started to doodle their characters.

My Bloody Vamp

My Bloody Vamp
My approach for this project was a little different from my other graphic art because I decided to paint the face instead of using vector art. The bandage is actually vectored image like many other elements in my other designs. It was really fun experimenting with this project because I honestly had no idea how it was going to turn out.

To Feel Is to See

To Feel Is to See
I wanted to share this piece with you as an exclusive sneak peek into my book Philautia. I am very excited about this book and it has so much love to give. As I grow this book transforms with me in my poetry and graphic art. We live in a world where we have moved away from our hearts and view everything from a black and white perspective. Forever and always will we be able to experience life fully through connecting with our hearts instead of our minds. This is what I would like for people to see when they look out into the world; endless potential.

Beyond My Eyes

Beyond My Eyes
The poem “Beyond My Eyes” is a short description of an imagination when it is filled with love. It was a short message but the descriptive details came to life and I was compelled to create a visualization to match.
